The following information include the mandatory information regarding vendor identification required by law and legal information pertaining to the internet presence of the Studentenwerk Potsdam.

The Studentenwerk Potsdam is a public-law corporation (Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts). It is represented by its executive director Karin Bänsch. Its supervisory authority is the Ministry of Science, Research, and Culture of the Federal State of Brandenburg.

The Studentenwerk Potsdam’s web pages, its graphics and images and content are protected under copyright law. Copying (and altering) these files are therefore not permitted without the explicit consent of the owner. This does not apply to the “copying” of files onto a computer in order to view the pages by means of a browser for personal use. In doing so, the user does not gain any rights pertaining to content or programmes.

The Studentenwerk Potsdam strives to provide correct information and keep its internet presence current. Nonetheless, sometimes mistakes and ambiguity may happen.
