The residence halls Zanderstraße 10, 10A-G are located only a few meters from the Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule Brandenburg) and its dining hall and cafeteria run by the Studentenwerk Potsdam.
During the summer, there is a lot to see from the balconies facing the inner courtyard and the spacious green areas.
The rooms have a size of around 15 square meters and either a balcony or window. All rooms are furnished with bed, desk and chair, shelf, wardrobe (partially built-in cupboards), and a mobile container.
The kitchens are equipped with stove, a refrigerator and cupboards. They also either have a balcony or a large window. A table and chairs can be used for meals and social events.
Residents may use a workout room with a weight bench, ergometer, and other equipment. The workout room may be used for free.
Outside there is a barbecue and a table tennis table.
In house Zanderstraße 10e, a day mother provides day care for up to five children of students. Please register for a spot at the Brandenburg city administration (Stadtverwaltung). Please contact the Studentenwerk Potsdam’s social counselling office for more information.
