House 1
This house has total capacity for 167 students and three types of flats. These are: one room and 1.5 room flats, both with wash basins. The community kitchens and bathrooms can be found on the respective floor of the residence hall; two room flats reserved for parents with children, equipped with bathrooms. Four of these flats share a community kitchen. The rooms vary in size between 16 and 33 square meters and are fully furnished; and seven one room flats with kitchenette and bathroom.

Houses 2 and 3
The two houses provide accommodations for 295 students on six floors per house. They consist primarily of one room flats with wash basins. Community bathrooms are found on each floor. A number of one and two room flats have individual bathrooms with showers, wash basins, and toilets. The community kitchens are furnished and include a sink and stove.

In the house 4 135 students can find a place to stay for the duration of their studies.
Mostly are single rooms with shared kitchens and sanitary areas. In the attic are also single rooms with sanitation and kitchenette available.
The rental prices depend on size and equipment of the rooms.

For everyday needs there is a supermarket (Netto) on the other side of the street from the residence halls. For more specific needs, one can go shopping in the Potsdam city about 20 minutes away or at the main train station in Potsdam.
