The residence hall complex consisting of four houses can be found directly at Park Babelsberg. Campus III of the University of Potsdam is right near by. Even the Academy for Film and Television (Hochschule für Film und Fernsehen) is only a short bus, car, or bike ride away or a 35-40 minute walk.
The complex in Park Babelsberg lies amidst a wonderful site and is surrounded by lovely fields of green. Campus III of the University of Potsdam is situated right next to the houses.
The extensive park area surrounding Schloss Babelsberg invites to long strolls or to studying outside.
At points in the park, one can catch a glimpse of the Havel River and a number of lakes. Such a beautiful landscape can, of course, be used for sports as well.
Students who are dependent on cars can make use of parking at the complex. One can also safely lock bikes in the cellars of the building or outside.
For free time, students can play chess on a life-sized board (next to house 2) and use the workout room in the basement of house 4. Both are provided by the university. A photo laboratory can be found in house 2.
The rooms in houses 1-3 have a size of around 17-19 square meters.
The rooms in house 4 have a size of either 17 or 36 square meters.
