The complex Rosenstraße 40 is situated in the midst of the village-like community Potsdam-Babelsberg. The University of Potsdam’s campus Griebnitzsee and the Academy for Film and Television (Hochschule für Film and Fernsehen) can be reached by foot in around 10 minutes.
Students with automobiles can use street parking nearby. Bikes can be secured at the complex or in the house’s cellar.
The one room flats have a size of around 25-28 square meters and are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, a small hallway, and in some cases a balcony.
