The flats consist of one room, kitchen, and bathroom with shower, toilet, and wash basin. The kitchen itself is furnished and has a stove and refrigerator.

There are television and telephone connections in the flat. In order to use television, please register with the GEZ (public television fee entity in Germany). For telephone use, one must enter into contract with a telephone service provider. Each flat has cellar space and some flats have balconies.

Public Transportation

The bus stop Stahnsdorfer Straße/August-Bebel-Straße (busses 694 and 696) is only five minutes away. From here, one can reach the train stations Griebnitzsee, Babelsberg, or Potsdam’s main train station.

Shopping

The closest larger shopping facilities can be found at Potsdam’s main train station (20 min. travel time), station Griebnitzsee (Spar market), and station Babelsberg (Aldi market). Via bus 694 one can also easily reach the local shopping mall (Sterncenter). There are smaller stores nearby for everyday needs.
