Welcome to our first "Veggie Wednesday"! From now on, every Wednesday we will exclusively serve vegan-vegetarian meals and snacks in our canteens and cafeterias.
With Veggie Wednesday, we want to whet our guests' appetites for creative vegetarian and vegan cuisine that will delight even the most die-hard steak and schnitzel eaters, while also responding to the wish of many students and university staff for a more climate-friendly canteen menu.
What's for lunch?
On September 1, 2021, there will be a choice of two to three meals including baked mushrooms with cauliflower-leek taboulé and coconut curry cream, a sweet potato-amaranth burger in a rustic bun with marinated chard and plum chutney, and a potato-sunflower seed hash brown with fresh grilled vegetables and feta-herb dip.
